With 3+ years of experience in Marketing and Advertising and a Master's degree in Economics and Management, I built a professional set of skills to hold a managerial position in various business functions, such as marketing, HRM, quality management, and sustainability development.

With 4+ years of experience working for sustainable brands in the retail industry, I took responsibility for Team Management and became passionate about ethical and sustainable causes. I believe in the power of good and my goal is to guide brands towards ethical business decisions in terms of human resources and environmental policies.

Therefore I decided to attend an MSc in Creative Advertising to apply my creativity to good causes. I have transitioned from working in structured business environments to the creative industries, creating campaigns to support ethical and sustainable projects.
